Claim Opposing Forfeiture of Vehicle (Vehicle Code § 14607.6)

This form is used to tell the district attorney that you disagree with the government taking away (forfeiting) a vehicle that you own or have an interest in. It asks the court to keep the vehicle from being taken away.
The court describes it as: Tell the district attorney that you oppose the forfeiture (giving up) to the government of a vehicle you own or have an interest in.
