This form is used by people who are acting as personal sureties to tell the court that they will be responsible for paying money or returning property that the court orders in certain types of legal actions. It covers both attachment and claim and delivery situations.
The court describes it as: Personal sureties use this to tell the court that they will be responsible for paying money or returning property that a court decides (orders) as part of writ of possession.
