Claim Opposing Forfeiture

This form is used to tell the court that you disagree with the idea of the government taking away (forfeiting) property that belongs to you or that you have an interest in. It asks the court to keep the property from being taken.
The court describes it as: Tell the court that you oppose the forfeiture (giving up) to the government of property you own or have an interest in.
