Stipulation and Waiver of Final Declaration of Disclosure

This form is used when two people in a divorce case agree to tell the court that they have already shared their initial financial information and do not need to share a final set of financial documents. It is a formal agreement to skip the final financial disclosure step.
The court describes it as: Tell the court that you and your spouse or domestic partner exchanged the preliminary (first) declaration of disclosure and agree not to exchange the final declaration of disclosure documents with each other.
