Notice of Distribution to Ward (Informal and Formal Administration)

This form is a notice that tells the court and the guardian of the estate what property will be given out. It must be given at least ten days before the property is actually distributed.

The court describes it as: To notify the court appointing a guardian of the estate of the total property to be distributed to the guardian of the estate for the benefit of the guardian's ward at least ten days prior to the distribution.
