This packet gives instructions for getting a Uniform Child Support Order signed by the court, whether everyone agrees or if the court needs to sign it after a hearing.
Do I need to go to a hearing?
If everyone agrees, a hearing is not necessary unless the judge asks for one. If you filed a motion, you are responsible for preparing the order even if it is not what you asked for.
What do I need to do after getting it signed?
You must follow a checklist to make sure you get the judge's signature, return copies to the clerk, and mail copies to the other party.
