Emergency Verified Motion for Child Pick-Up Order

This form is used to ask the court for an emergency order that tells law enforcement to take a minor child from the person who currently has the child and give the child to the person filing the form. This form must only be used in an emergency by someone who already has a legal right to physical care of the child.
