- What fees are involved?
- A filing fee of $229.00 is required. If you cannot pay, you must complete the Motion to Waive Fees (JDF 205).
- What documents must the proposed guardian provide?
- The proposed guardian must file a name-based criminal history record check from the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and a current credit report.
