- No filing fee is required to file this Motion. However, if you also file a motion to change child support or parenting time, a $105.00 filing fee is required.

- You must give a copy of the Motion to all other parties in the case. You also need to fill out a Certificate of Service to show the court when and how you gave out the copies.
- What kind of things can the court order?
- The court may order things like a civil fine or a jail sentence for the parent who did not follow the rules, or it might require the parents to try mediation.
