This document provides instructions for filing a judgment that was issued by a court outside of Colorado. It explains the process and the forms needed to make that out-of-state judgment official in Colorado court.

- What is a 'foreign judgment' according to this form?
- A foreign judgment is any judgment, decree, or order from a court in another state or court that is supposed to be recognized in Colorado. It cannot be a protection order described in §13-14-104, C.R.S.
- What fees are required to file this?
- A filing fee of $201.00 is required. If you cannot pay this fee, you must complete the Motion to File without Payment and Supporting Financial Affidavit (JDF 205) and submit it to the Court.
