Is there a filing fee to revive a judgment?

What happens after the Motion for Revival of Judgment is filed?
After the Motion is filed, the Court will issue a Notice to Show Cause for Revival of Judgment. The Judgment Debtor then has 14 days to respond in writing.
Who needs to be served with the Notice to Show Cause?
Each Judgment Debtor must be served with the Notice to Show Cause.
