Acknowledgment of Satisfaction of Judgment

This form is used to tell the court that the person who was supposed to pay money from a small claims case has paid the full amount owed. It is filled out by the person who won the small claims case.

The court describes it as: Tell the court the side that owed you money paid off the entire judgment. Filed by the side that won the Small Claims case.
