Who must provide notice for a designation hearing?
The clerk must provide notice if the caregiver or the child filed form JV-321. The child’s attorney must provide notice if the child’s attorney filed form JV-321.
What is needed for notice of an emergency removal hearing?
Notice can be by personal service or by telephone. If it is by telephone, it must include the reasons for and against the removal, as shown on forms JV-324 and JV-325.
