Stay of Service of Earnings Assignment and Order

This form is used to ask the judge to either stop (stay) or restart the order that says support payments must be taken from a person's paycheck. It also includes sections for the judge to sign the final order.
The court describes it as: Ask the judge to stop the order for child, spousal, or partner support to be taken out of your paycheck. Ask the judge to order that support be taken out of the other side's paycheck, if the judge stopped the order before. Tells you that the judge stopped or restarted the order for support to be taken out of the paycheck of the other parent, spouse, or partner.
