Non-Guideline Child Support Findings Attachment

This form is used to write down the court's reasons for setting child support payments that are either lower or higher than the state's standard guidelines. It is attached to the main Child Support Information and Order Attachment form.
The court describes it as: States the court's reasons why it decided (ordered), or the parent's agreed to, child support payments that are below or above the statewide child support guidelines. This is generally attached to Child Support Information and Order Attachment (form FL-342) or Judgment (form FL-180).
