Order to Pay Waived Court Fees and Costs (Superior Court)

This form is an official court order that tells a person they must pay back court fees and costs that the court had previously waived for them. It also explains how that person can ask the court to have that order changed or removed.
The court describes it as: States the court's decision (an order) that a party must pay back the initial fees that the court previously waived (said that the party did not have to pay). Also explains how to ask the court to continue to waive those fees.
