Notice of Application for Recognition and Entry of Tribal Court Money Judgment

This form is a notice that someone has asked the court to officially recognize and enter a money judgment that was decided in a tribal court. It tells the person who was judged that they have 30 days to file objections with the superior court.
The court describes it as: Tells the judgment debtor that a judgment is being entered in California based on a judgment in a tribal court. Service of this notice starts the time for the judgment debtor to object to the entry of the judgment.
