Notice and Motion for Transfer

This form is used to ask the court to move a case to a different county. It is used when the person who was supervised by probation lives in a different county than where the case is currently in.
The court describes it as: A probation officer or another person in the county where a supervised person was convicted uses this form to request to have the case transferred to the court in the county where the supervised person lives.
