Abandonment of Appeal (Infraction)

This form is used to tell the court of appeal that you no longer want to appeal a case about a traffic ticket or other minor infraction. By filing this, you are giving up your right to appeal that case.

The court describes it as: Tell the court of appeal that you have changed your mind and no longer want to appeal your traffic infraction case.
