Memorandum Of Garnishee

This form is a Memorandum of Garnishee used when someone who received a notice of attachment or levy needs to report to the sheriff (the levying officer) about property or money. It asks the person filling it out to list any property or money they are holding that belongs to the person who owes the money.
The court describes it as: People other than the defendant who get a notice of attachment complete this if they did not give the sheriff (the levying officer) all the property listed in the notice. Is also used by people other than a judgment debtor who receive a notice of levy if they did not give the levying officer all the property listed in the notice.
