Memorandum of Costs on Appeal

This form is used to tell the trial court about the money spent on an appeal in an unlimited civil case. It is used when a party wins an appeal and the Court of Appeal makes a decision that allows them to ask another party to pay these costs.
The court describes it as: Tell the trial court what your costs for an appeal in an unlimited civil case were. Use this if you won the appeal and the Court of Appeal made a decision (judgment) that you have a right to have your costs paid by another party in the appeal.
