Stipulation of Extension of Time to File Brief (Civil Case)

This form is used to let the Court of Appeal know that everyone involved in a civil appeal agrees to give one of the parties more time to submit a written summary, called a brief. It asks the parties to agree on the new due date for the brief.

The court describes it as: Tell the Court of Appeal that all the parties in an appeal in a civil case have agreed to give one of the parties more time to file a brief.
